Asunto: Acuerdo COPA.

Distinguidos Señores:

Durante largo tiempo hemos estado en conversaciones para lograr un acuerdo con COPA Airlines, compañía esta que tiene sus oficinas centrales en la Republica de Panama desde donde se desplaza a varios puntos de America como son:

Barranquilla * Bogota * Buenos Aires * Cali * Cancun * Caracas * Cartagena * Guatemala * Guayaquil * Houston * Kingston * La Habana * Lima * Los Angeles * Managua * Medellin * Mexico * Miami * Montego Bay * Newark * Orlando * Panama * Puerto Principe * Quito * San Jose *

San Juan * San Salvador * Santiago de Chile * Santo Domingo * Sao Paulo.

En este momento y luego de conversaciones con la señora Emma de Herrera, Gerente de Ventas, hemos logrado para el Campeonato Panamericano de Judo de Mayores a realizarse en Cordoba, Argentina del 16 al 21 de noviembre, el siguiente acuerdo:

1- Todos los boletos que se compren  la Aerolinea Copa para este evento tendran un 20% de descuento.

2- Por cada 10 boletos que se compren otorgaran uno (1) gratis.

3- Cada pais solicitara el referido descuento por medio de su Presidente cuyo listado anexamos.

4- Tenemos compromiso de hacer una compra total de 80 boletos minimo.

5- Los miembros del Comité Ejecutivo de la UPJ tendran un 36% de descuento.

La persona con quien pueden hacer sus reservaciones es la Sra. Gina de Fisher  ( gfisher@copaair.com ).

Les exhortamos a realizar sus reservas con la mayor brevedad posible a fin de que se tenga cupo disponible, de esta manera tambien podemos cumplir la cuota que se nos ha asignado.

During some time now we have been in conversations to obtain an agreement with COPA Airlines, company this that has its central offices in the Republic of Panama from where it moves to several points of America as they are:

At this moment and after conversations with Mrs. Emma of Herrera, Manager of Sales, we have managed for the Panamerican Senior Championship of Judo to be held in Cordoba, Argentine from the 16^th  to the 21th of November, the following agreement:

1 All the tickets that we buy from COPA Airlines for this event will have a  20% of discount.

2 By each 10 tickets that we bought they granted us one (1) free.

3 Each country has to  asked for the referred the discount by means of its president whose listing we annexed.

4 We have a  commitment to make a purchase total of 80 tickets minimum. the members of the Executive Committee of the UPJ will have a 36% of discount.

We exhorted to you to make your reservations with soon in order that it will be available tickets, this way also we can fulfill the quota that has been assigned to us.
