Presidents and Executive Committees Members of Federations and Associations members of the Caribbean Judo Confederation.

Dear Sirs:

The most cordial and sportly greetings to you on this day in which it is my duty as President of our institution to remind you that in the point of view continental we only recognize the Directive of the Pan American Judo Union (Commitee democratically elected) as authority convening.

That mention is in relation to a scheduled meeting in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on 28 and 29 of the current month  and for the one surelly you had invitation. According to the Executive Committee of the PJU it will be:  “…turning the MEETING  in a legal Assembly of the Pan American Judo Union to change the elected Leaders and replace them by  puppets indicated by the International Judo Federation. ”

Thus, I would like to ask you as a request to not participate in that meeting, according to the democratic principles as set out in the existing statutes of the Continental Organism.
