INVITATION

The President of the Caribbean Judo Confederation takes the opportunity to invite the members of the Executive Committee and all the members affiliated to the Ordinary Congress of the Confederation which will be held on Saturday August 01st, 2009 at 4:00 pm in the Conference Room of the Casa Nacional de Judo, Centro Olimpico Juan Pablo Duarte in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

The Agenda of the Congress is:

1. Roll-call. Quorum

2. Word of Welcome from the President

3. Report of the President

4. Election of the Executive Committee

5. Questions of general interest

The mandate of the current Executive Committee is  arrived on term  and it is important to have the elections; but considering the special situation created by the resignation of the General Secretary, the procedures of candidature will be applied the very same elections day.
