Dear President:

With this letter we inform you that Mr. ERNESTO Arce is not member of the Panamanian Judo Federation, or of any of its clubs, district or provincial affiliated leagues. Tomorrow we will be sending certification from the National Sport Institute as corresponding national authority to grant recognition to the national sport organizations and their affiliated that will confirm this affirmation.

We consider the actions of the Royal Spanish Judo Federation and D. A. a grievance by accepting the presence of Mr. Ernesto Arce as one of the representatives of judo of eleven countries of the PJU. Mr. Arce, we reiterate does not have any legitimacy to represent Panamanian Judo in any national nor international event.

The Panamanian Judo Federation consequently rejects the participation of Mr. Ernesto Arce in an event of clear political content in favour of a candidacy for the IFJ that has not been consulted with Panama’s FEDEJUDO in an evident attempt to create artificial internal discrepancies with the purpose to show alleged electoral support.
