(USAJUDO - New York) Dr. Frank Fullerton, one of the IJF Sport Commission Member, to Receive Lifetime achievement Award in Judo, March 18 at the New York Athletic Club.

The New York Open Judo Championship is pleased to announce that the recipient of the New York Open's 2006 LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD, presented by the New York Athletic Club, is Pan American Judo Union Sports Director Dr. Frank Fullerton.

This award will be presented to Dr. Fullerton at the New York Open on March 18, 2006, at the NYAC, in grateful recognition of his lifetime dedication to the sport of Judo.

Some of Dr. Fullerton's accomplishments include: President of the USJI, member of the USOC governing board, Delegate to the IJF and the PJU, John Osako Award recipient, International referee, Black Belt Magazine man of the year, Sports commission member of the IJF. He holds the rank of 7th Dan.
