After knowing about the illegal decision of last May 7 ^th, 2010, of the Executive Committee of the International Judo Federation chaired by Mr. Marius Vizer, which, in spite of the sentence delivered by the Court of Arbitration for Sports CAS 2009/A/1823 Union Panamericana de Judo vs. International Judo Federation dated  December 11^th, 2009, unrecognized once again the Panamerican Judo Union and in the need of taking this case before the corresponding organizations in order to put into evidence our opposition, our rejection and refutation, we request for financial contribution of every person, group or organization who feels identified with our entity and our fair cause.

The Panamerican Judo Union, will once again take the International Judo Federation to trial, since Mr. Marius Vizer using his accustomed maneuvers has moved the International Judo Federation from Ireland to Switzerland, and with this process has once again unrecognized the Panamerican Judo Union in order to recognize the Illegal and dismissed Panamerican Judo Confederation, which he founded himself in Pan American jeopardizing the integrity of judo in our continent.

The Panamerican Judo Union has not accepted that Mr. Marius Vizer proclaims himself as the emperor of judo in the world, and this has had as consequence all of these actions against judo in Pan Americana, continuing with his trajectory as a questioned business man and mainly exerting authority in a dictatorial manner, contrary to the Fair Play encouraged by the International Olympic Committee.

For these reasons, the Panamerican Judo Union shall return to the CAS and to as many legal entities as possible in order to defend its rights and those of all judokas in Pan America, which have been unfortunately sold by the merchants of judo, who only think about filling their pockets with the business they are carrying out thanks to this discipline, being this the reason for our request to all those committed to the ethical, moral and philosophical principles of our sport, to help us confront the dictatorial and antidemocratic decisions of the last three years in judo, and which with all certainty have provoked the spectacular fall of this sport worldwide.
