Re. Enrollments for the Panamerican Games- Winnipeg (URGENT)

In my letter from February 11 (PJU/PRE 0233/99) I informed You that the enrollments for referred Games would must be done directly to the:

Until the following dates: Entry by Number: 24/04/99 (until midnight local time) and Entry by name: 08/07/99 (until midnight local time).

The enrollments should be made in an appropriate printed paper that should be in your National Olympic Committee , that was sent by the organizers. This is the correct procedure.

In 19/03/99 through PJU/PRE 0237/99 I wrote to you and me I made a mistake, I mentioned that the Entry by numbers for the Panamerican Games should be sent to the President's office or to the Director to Sports to PJU. This is not correct the enrollments they should be made to the Organizers directly as it orders the regulation.Which I want is that I and Mr. Fullerton were informed to the number of athletes enrollments for we know if the quotas were or not used.
