It has been a tradition, on September 27 and 28 we will be hosting the VII Youth and Juvenile Panamerican Judo Circuit, with the events of the VII International Cup and VII Central American and the Caribbean Championships, with the following categories:

Saturday September 27 2003	06.00 - 07.00. Unofficial Weigh in 07.00 - 08.00. Official Weigh in 09.30 - 10.00 Opening Ceremony 10.00 VII Youth and Juvenile Circuit Note: 1.- Immediately it finished all the categories, will start the Award Ceremony
Sunday September 28 2003	06.00 - 07.00. Unofficial Weigh in 07.00 - 08.00. Official Weigh in 09.00 VII Central American and the Caribbean Championships Note: 1.- Immediately it finished all the categories, will start the Award Ceremony
Monday September 29 2003	Departure of delegations

VII- IMPORTANT NOTES:

Each federation shall present their Flag (1.20 x 1.80 Meters) and a cassette or Cd with their National Song (short version) at the moment of arrival and accreditation.

The Visa granting to enter Dominican territory is exclusive power of the authorities of Immigration of the Dominican Republic, If you have any problems please contact us as soon as possible for any information

The Organizing committee shall provide an emergency medical assistance to all the participants officially registered by their respective National Federation.

In the event of requiring any unusual medical attention such as: injury and / or sickness that require hospitalization, treatments, surgery, or special medicine, the cost of these shall be under the National Federation he/she represents.

Each participant will have to pay US$ 45.00 per night

Transportation will be provided from and to the Competition Venue

The final inscription will be receive until September 10h and the confirmation of arrival on September 20th
