La UNIÓN PANAMERICANA DE JUDO, CONVOCA a los países afiliados al 3EROS CAMPEONATOS PANAMERICANOS DE KATAS, que se llevará a cabo de manera paralela al Campeonato Oficial, de acuerdo a las siguientes bases:

Sede y Fecha: SANTO DOMINGO, REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA, día domingo 10 de Noviembre
Categorías: Hombres y Mujeres
Modalidades: Nage No Kata, Katame No Kata, Ju No Kata
Participación: Todos los países afiliados con un equipo de 2 integrantes, Uke y Tori.
 Inscripciones: Inscripción Nominal y Numérica, conjuntamente con la inscripción oficial de los países en las fechas antes mencionadas.
Sorteo: Durante el Congresillo Técnico.
Premiación: Medallas de Oro (2) , Plata (2), Bronce (2)
Aspectos técnicos: A ser comunicados por la DTD, de la UPJ.
 Jurado: Nominado por las Direcciones Técnicas Deportivas y de Arbitraje

III PANAMERICAN JUDO TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP
(MEN AND WOMEN)

The PANAMERICAN JUDO UNION invites all the affiliated countries to the 2º PANAMERICAN TEAMS CHAMPIONSHIP, which will take place simultaneously with the Official Championship in accordance with the following basis:

Date and Venue: SANTO DOMINGO, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, on November 10th

Categories: Men and Women

Varieties:

   Women: -52, -63, -70 -78 Kg. and Open
     Men: -66, -81, -90 -100 Kg. and Open

Participants: All affiliated countries with a team of five members, as maximum, and three members as minimum, for both men and women. International Judo Federation’s Team competence rules shall be used, adopted by the Pan-American Judo Union.

Registration: Nominal and Numeric Registration, together with the official registration of the countries in the before stated.

Draw: During the Technical Meeting.

Awards: Gold Medals (5) , Silver (5), 2 Bronze (10)

 

Sistema de Competencia:

   Up to 5 teams Round Robin (everybody against everybody)

  More than 5 competitors, over-crossed Repechage

II PANAMERICAN JUNIOR PAINTING CONTEST

INVITATION

Due to the coming Pan-American Judo Championship, taking place in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, the Pan-American Judo Union invites you to the 2º PANAMERICAN JUNIOR PAINTING CONTEST, making special reference to our sport.

This contest will be carried out on the following basis:

AIM: To promote the Art, General Culture and Education among the Pan-American children judokas.

PARTICIPANTS: All countries affiliated to the PJU, with 5 works done by the Pan-American Children under the age of 15.

PRESENTATION MATERIAL: All the paintworks must be presented by their Delegates in paper or cardboard, in letter size, using any technique, watercolours, oil painting, charcoal, etc.

PRESENTATION DATE: November 7th  2002

PRESENTATION PLACE: Competence Venue of the Pan-American Judo Championship. 

JURY: PJU members and special guests.

AWARDS: The PJU will give 3 Medals and Diplomas to the winners.

La UNIÓN PANAMERICANA DE JUDO, ANUNCIA QUE DURANTE EL CAMPEONATO PANAMERICANO DE JUDO, A REALIZARSE EN SANTO DOMINGO, REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA, OTORGARÁ LA DISTINCIÓN "IPPON TROPHY" A LOS MEJORES JUDOKAS MASCULINO Y FEMENINO, QUE SEAN SELECCIONADOS DE ACUERDO A LOS SIGUIENTES CRITERIOS:
