To : All Panamerican Judo Union
Member Federations.
Dear Mr. Presidents,
We wish the receipt of this letter finds you
in perfect health conditions and in very high spirits.
The reason
why we are writing you is to send you the General Tentative Programme of the IV masculine and feminine Infantile Judo Panamerican Championship, which as all of you already know, will be conducted in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from November 9th to 14th 2004.
In the following days you will receive more
information, which will include details of accommodation, transportation, places
where the contests will be held, prices of the official hotel, inscription
forms, etc.
It will be an extreme honour for us to
have you in Santo Domingo during the mentioned event, when the Panamerican
judo will once more be in full dress with this IV masculine and feminine
Infantile Judo Panamerican Championship.
