Sent letter for the President of the UPJ, Jaime Casanova to the Presidnt of the FIJ

Dear Mr. Vizer:

During the last Ordinary Congress of the International Judo Federation, held in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, last august 23^rd, in your position of president of this worldwide organization, you put down for a vote of approval, rejection or abstention the report I presented to the meeting in question in my double condition of President of the Panamerican Judo Union and Vice president of the International Judo Federation.

Is then that you have breached the bylaws of the International Judo Federation with an illegal voting, given that the article 8.3, paragraph e) of the current bylaws indicates the following:

 e)    hear the reports of the Vice Presidents and the Directors;

Subsequently to this voting, in the website of the International Judo Federation it was placed an article with the following title:

IJF Congress: PJU Report not approved by Congress.

Given that this is a violation of the bylaws and the International Judo Federation has provoked damages to my person with this action, since this news was spread all over the word, I ask that you publish in the website of the International Judo Federation an apology to my person and that the note indicated above shall be retired.

This attitude of yours of trying to hit me with a political blow to introduce it in the hearing against the International Judo Federation for the illegal decision of unrecognizing the Panamerican Judo Union as the sole ruling organization of Panamerican Judo, make it that I reserve my rights to start eventual legal actions.
