TO: All the Affiliated National Federations to the Pan-American Judo Union. 

Distinguished Gentlemen:

Today we celebrate Christmas, a day in which the world commemorates the arrival of Jesus, and people make an attempt to open their hearts and extend the best wishes of friendship and prosperity to all. It is during these holidays that we can share with our family moments of peace, harmony and happiness.

2004 was a difficult year full of great challenges. It has been a year loaded with competitive activities and great achievements which have helped invigorate our institution.  

Receive all this message of happiness and prosperity. May the Christmas spirit be with you during these holidays and enhance our efforts in consolidating our family and this beautiful sport that fulfills us.

In the next few days we will be publishing a summary of the many activities that took place in the year 2004. On behalf of the executive committee of the Pan-American union of Judo and the members that make up all the different technical and administrative commissions we would like to wish you happy holidays.
