REFEREES DRAW SYSTEM

A computer program will be used to select the referees for each fight during all the IJF events.

The computer program will select the referees on every fight. There will be 3/4 mats. For example, using the figure of 44 referees, there will be 11 referees selected for each mat and these 11 referees will referee all the preliminary events.

For the finals block, the best 6/8 referees of the day will be selected from the original 11 referees per mat. That is to say 24 referees will be selected to referee these events on the 2 mats. All the Commission Members will be viewing the final events.

The neutrality of referees to be selected to referee a competition will be based on Countries and not on Continents.
