I am pleased to inform that from August 20th to the 25th 2002, I was invited to participated in the meetings of the Association of Pan-American Confederations (APASC) and of the Pan-American Sport Organization (PASO), whose points of main agenda were the report of the Organizing Committee of XIV the Pan-American Sport Games and the election of the host City for the XV Pan-American Sport Games to be made in 2007, being the city of Rio de Janeiro the elected city upon the City of San Antonio, Texas, USA; among others.
 
I annexed the agendas of the two (2) indicated organizations, those that were completed in their totality  which I send for your information. If you have any question or comments in regards to the above that i have brought to your atention, please send themn to me.
