Secretary informs to the Member Federations of this Union as well as to
the Authorities of the International Judo Federation of the sanction
taken by the Dominican Judo Federation against the judoka José Vicbart
Geraldino Rosello.

official note received by this Secretary.

to suspend the athlete José Vicbart Geraldino Roselló from all judo activities
organized at the national and international levels for an indefinite amount of
time.
The aforesaid is meant to be of your
knowledge and information.

Mister Geraldino Rosello:
We hereby inform you that the Executive
Committee of the Dominican Judo Federation, Inc. (FEDOJUDO), has decided to
suspend you of all national and international organized judo, taking into
account the meeting held with you last September 21st and the terms you used in
it, as well as the recent events that occurred during the IV Judo Infantile
Panamerican Championship and the Ordinary Congress of the Panamerican Judo
Union, which took place in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, from November 9th
to 14th, 2004.
This decision is based in chapter five;
executive committee, definition and faculties, in its article 15c: To
sanction all associations, directors, and athletes who violate the statutes,
internal rules and dispositions of the Executive Committee, until its case is
known in the General Assembly.
In addition to this, chapter eleven, of
the sanctions and penalties, says: Being affiliated to the Dominican Judo
Federation, Inc. (FEDOJUDO) implies the acceptance and respect of the norms and
resolutions that come from its directive organs.
