Jaime Casanova, President of the Panamerican Judo Union
 VISIT TO DOMINICA JUDO FEDERATION
 

Roseau, Dominican Commonwealth of Dominica. In continuation of the tour to the Eastern Caribbean countries the engineer Jaime Casanova, President of the Panamerican Judo Union, made a stop in this Caribbean Country.

Immediately an important reunion with the directors of this national federation was held to evaluate the technical assistance, donation of equipment and didactical material, participation to the different events of the Panamerican Judo Union, among other important aspects related with the discipline founded by the teacher Jigoro Kano.

A visit to the siege of the Olympic Committee of Dominica was held as well. Where they were received by its president Mrs. Rosanne Pringle to immediately speak of the benefices of the programs of Olympic Solidarity of the International Olympic Committee and its incidence in the development of Judo in this Caribbean Country. For this visit engineer Casanova Martinez was accompanied by Mr. Winston Maglorie, President of the Executive Committee of this federated organization, among other present members.
